CK Bootcamp makes getting fit simple, rewarding and fun. It’s a complete outdoor exercise programme designed to help you move more, do more and achieve more than you ever thought possible. With CKBootcamp, you’ll work out in the great outdoors. We train in and around Solihull’s beautiful Malvern & Brueton Park, using the environment and our own bodies to build strength and endurance using proven military techniques. We’re not afraid to get a little muddy when the results speak for themselves

Been training for years? Great. We’ll help you raise your game. New to exercise? No problem. We’ll help you get started the right way – and show you just how much is possible. CKBootcamp is tailored to everyone with three ability groups, all getting faster and fitter together.

Expert training and support

CKBootcamp has been created by Craig Kneebone, a fitness expert with over 20 years’ experience in military fitness and personal training.

Craig and his team are here to guide, challenge and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. We’ll push you to go the extra mile, but you’ll soon find out that it can lead to amazing things.
