Craig

I’m the owner of CKBootcamp and a Level 3 Personal Trainer. I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years, including eight years as a Physical Training Instructor in the Royal Air Force, where I also qualified as an Adventure Training Instructor. Here, I delivered more than 2,000 training sessions across all ranks.

 Since leaving the RAF, I’ve worked as a personal trainer and bootcamp instructor, delivering a whole range of workouts and sports. I love working outdoors and enjoy helping members surpass their goals by making training challenging and fun.

 I’ve also been a full time Firefighter in the West Midlands Fire Service for 15 years. This is a role that gives me a lot of satisfaction in being able to help local communities when in need.

Jason

I joined Craig as a member for five years, before becoming an instructor myself around two years ago. I know first-hand how bootcamp can deliver incredible results and, inspired by my own journey, I enjoy helping members improve their fitness and overall health as they achieve their exercise goals. Mixing up my workouts to provide challenging, varied and enjoyable sessions.

I've been a personal trainer for over 15 years and have a great interest in all aspects of fitness. I am an especially keen runner and take part in regular races, from half marathons to the occasional ultra-marathon.

After being a member of a local bootcamp for many years, I recently passed my Level 2 fitness qualification to become an instructor.

Bootcamp has helped me in many ways and now I feel privileged to be part of other people's fitness journeys. Helping them to become fitter, stronger and healthier. Always with an eye on form and technique, I am keen to make sure everyone gets the most out of exercise. I enjoy supporting others and giving advice to help them meet their personal goals.
