Classic Bootcamp – 60 minutes

These sessions are at the core of the CKB programme – all-round workouts with a huge range of exercises to boost your cardio, burn calories, improve your strength and make you more mentally resilient. No two workouts are the same (you’ll be amazed how many types of press-ups there are), but they’ll all help you improve your fitness in an enjoyable, supportive environment.

Run Fit - 60 minutes

Running on your own is great, but you can easily become demotivated. With CBK Run Fit, you’ll be part of a supportive group with an instructor who’ll make every session different. From explosive sprints to cross-country treks, we work on all aspects of your running technique to build up strength and stamina, so you can go further than you ever thought possible.

LIIT – 45 minutes

If you’re returning from injuring or need a less intense workout, Our Low Intense Interval Training (LIIT) is the perfect option. There’s no running, just low impact exercises that use stretching, bodyweight training and easy-to-use resistance bands. Giving you a great workout without dynamic or hight impact exercise.

 

HIIT - 45 minutes

Up your heart rate and push yourself with our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). These short but challenging sessions feature all the same exercises as our Classic Bootcamp, but crank up the pace. They’re a great way to sharpen your fitness, heighten your mental resolve and can even help you keep burning calories into the next day. Some of our HIIT sessions are scheduled back-to-back. Fit Ops – 60 minutes

A few times each year we test your teamwork skills to the limit with Fit Ops sessions that bring together all aspects of your training in groups activities. We’ll get you lugging equipment and carrying out special tasks to push even further than usual.
